REXALPHAR Series RA FS 110 TS
- Good conductivity and adhesion even when drying at low temperatures, allowing for low resistance on the order of 10-⁵Ω・cm.
- Good adhesion to substrates such as ITO deposited film and PET film
- Stable print quality can be obtained during continuous printing, and the paste can be reused using a special solvent.

How to use ink and precautions |
- Please stir the silver paste thoroughly before use.
- Please store refrigerated (below 0℃ to 10℃).
- If the paste viscosity is high and printing is difficult, add butyl diglycol acetate solvent (CAS No. 124-17-4) within 1.0%. Please note that adding too much will impair printing reproducibility, such as decreasing linearity and thickening lines.
- We recommend using a ketone solvent to clean the plate. Cleaned with our product "S705 Solvent 2KC (Cyclohexanone)" and wiped with "VC102 Solvent C (MEK)".
- If the viscosity of the paste increases after printing compared to the paste viscosity immediately after opening (recommended viscosity measurement conditions: E-type viscometer, rotor No. 7, 5 rpm, 25℃), adjust the butyl dichloride to match the viscosity after opening. Dilute with glycol acetate solvent.
