How to use ink and precautions
  • Please stir this conductive paste thoroughly before use.
  • We recommend the screen mesh to be SUS400, diameter 23μm, 35μm calender treatment (10-15μm film thickness after hardening).
  • The resistance value of this ink tends to decrease and stabilize as time passes immediately after curing or as it is aged at around 80℃.
  • If the printed film thickness is 15 μm or more, UV light will not be able to pass through completely, resulting in problems such as decreased adhesion and increased resistance due to poor curing.
  • Please use a high pressure mercury lamp or metal halide lamp as the UV irradiation device. We recommend a lamp output of 120 to 160 W/cm (7.2 to 9.6 kW with a lamp length of 60 cm). Also, please note that ozone-less or water-cooled lamps may cause curing failure.
  • The printing speed for rotary screens should be 120W/cm/10 to 20m/min. per air-cooled metal halide lamp. (However, curing conditions will vary depending on the design, printing material conditions, etc.)

Plate cleaning method

  • We recommend using a ketone solvent to clean the plate. Cleaned with our product "S705 Solvent 2KC (Cyclohexanone)" and wiped with "VC102 Solvent C (MEK)".
