After all, I want to be a company that can make dreams come true.

When a company makes a profit, that's the result.
No, no, the most important thing is to make your dreams come true.

Taking on challenges and making your dreams come true

You're looking for someone who is challenging. As expected.
We have a small number of people on each project. Five people.
It's impossible for a new employee, but you can become a leader even in your third year.
Isn't it interesting that the last one or two people in the 50-person project will be the leader of the five-person project in the third year?

There weren't many people who would stop me from saying I'd do it.
In this way, I took on various challenges, and some of them won and I realized my dreams.
That's the kind of person we're looking for.

When I first joined the company, I wanted to create three things that didn't exist in the world.
You're making two of them.
I'm proud to say that I've created a technology that I probably use in my daily life and that I use all over the world.
I wanted to do that over and over again.
I'm trying to take on new challenges more and more.
I want to make one more.

I'm confident. Of course.

Innovate with neutral discussions

artience has countless technologies individually.
I think our strength is that we are working on a variety of things around our three core technologies.

Innovation is a new combination.
By combining this and that, you can create something new.
I thought that if we looked further outward and combined the technology of that company with our technology, we would be able to create something interesting again.
After all, it's like creating new technologies and proposing products.
It's one of our strengths, and I think we can do it at all.

I'm completely neutral from new employees to CTOs.
There are always challenges with technology.
It's like coming up with a solution to the problem, and we talk while having a good time
Apart from being the general manager of the Technology Division or the CTO, I also get involved in discussions as an engineer and say, "This is what I think as an engineer."

"The work I want to do" rather than "the job I was told"

It is a company that has an atmosphere of openness and opinions.
In particular, corporate R&D is an area of about 20% free exploration activities.
It's like being free to do whatever you want every Friday.
If you do it freely and get results as a result, I will give it a positive evaluation.

It's definitely more positive to do the work you want to do than to do the work you're told, and there are results.

I want to make this artience a place where employees can fulfill their dreams.

Whether the company makes a profit is ultimately just the result of our labors.
The most important thing for us is that employees fulfill their dreams.

Taking on new challenges and making dreams come true

We want to employ people who are willing to take on challenges.
At artience, we have small teams executing each project.
The teams are usually around five people.
It can be challenging for new employees, but those in their third year at the company can become project leaders.
Don’t you think it’s more appealing to become the leader of a five-person project after three years than to be the first or second from the bottom in a 50-person project?

At artience, no one will tell an employee to stop trying new things.
We want to hire people with a thirst for challenges who are keen to pursue success and fulfill their dreams.

When I joined the company, I also wanted to create three solutions that didn’t exist in the world.
And I’ve actually created two of them.
I take pride in having created technology that people around the world use in their daily lives.
Personally, I want to experience this again and again, so I keep taking on new challenges.
Now I want to create the last one.

Of course, I’m confident that I can do it.

Innovation through neutral discussion

We have countless different technologies.
I believe our strength lies in having three core technologies, each supported by a wide variety of related technologies.

I believe that innovation can mean “new combinations.”
I think that by combining this technology with that one, we can create something new, or by merging that company’s technology with ours, we can create something unique.
I believe our strengths lie in our determination to create new technologies and propose new products based on them, as well as our ability to actually bring them into existence.

At artience, whether you’re a new employee or the chief technology officer, everyone can share their opinions equally during discussions about technology.
There are always challenges to overcome, but at our company, many people come up with various solutions.
During discussions, I make it a point to express my views as an engineer, rather than as the Senior General Manager of R&D or chief technology officer.

Do the work you want, not the work you have to do

artience has always fostered an atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinions.
Especially in R&D, employees have the discretion to freely pursue their own R&D, as long as it does not exceed 20% of the total work time.
This 20% is like saying you can do whatever you want every Friday.
If this produces good results, that employee will be evaluated highly.

Doing the work you want to do is definitely more appealing than doing work you’re told to do, and it tends to deliver better results.

需要不断去挑战的人才。
在本公司,由少数员工组成小组担任一个项目。
每个小组大概5名左。
因此,新员工或许不能马上成为负责人,但工作第3年,就有机会成为项目负责人。
工作第3年就有机会成为项目负责人,这不比在一个50人的项目小组中处于末位更有挑战性?

对乐于挑战新事物的员工,本公司里不存在拖后腿的boss。
本公司就需要具有这种心人才:不断挑战新事物并取得成功、从而梦想得以实现的人才。

我在刚参加工作时,就发誓要打造出3种世界上没有的技术。
目前为止已经打造出Two个。
我非常confident 有能力研发出世人生活中使用的技术。
我自身希望拥有更多这样的经历。 所以,我不断进行新的挑战。
还有一个想研发的技术。

对此,我当然很有自信。

通过neutral立讨论进行创新

本公司拥有数不清各种各样的技术。
核心技术有3个。 而且,还拥有与其相关各种各样的技术。 这也是本公司的强项。

我认为所谓"创新",就是引入"新组合"。
这个技术与那个技术相组合不就会产生新技术? 别的公司的技术与本公司的技术相结合就会产生更有趣的技术。 我一直都这样认为。
本公司的强项在于拥有研发新技术,并在此基础上推荐新产品该种创新精神。 除此之外,还具有将其实现的能力。

本公司在讨论有关技术问题时,对新员工和CTO(首主任技术官)一视同仁,人人皆可畅所欲言。
业务层面上经常存在各种各样的课题。 在本公司,针对这些课题,许多员工都会提出各种不同的解决方案。
就我自身而言,与讨论课题的时候,不是站在研发总部长或者CTO的立场上,而是作为一名技术人员阐述自己的见解。

做你想做的工作,而不是你必须做的工作

本公司自成以,就拥有员工人人皆可畅所欲言的风气。
特别是有关企业R&D,如果在整体R&D时间20%左右的范围内,我们赋予员工自决权。 员工可自己决定如何进行自己想做的研究开发。
这里所言及的20%,换而言之,每周星期五可自由去做自己想做的研究开发。
如果取得好成果,我们就会给与高评价。 相对被指定的工作而言,对自己想做的工作定会更有积极性,也容易出成果。
