At General Shareholders’ Meeting Board of Directors Board of Directors held General Shareholders’ Meeting, the Company has decided to make the following executive personnel changes. (Scheduled to be appointed and selected)
The Company plans to transition to a company with Audit and Supervisory Committee upon approval at General Shareholders’ Meeting.
