Information on the 184th Ordinary General Meeting General Shareholders’ Meeting Internet Live Streaming

TOYO INK SC Holdings Corporation (President and Representative Director Satoru Takashima, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan) will hold its 184th Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2022. General Shareholders’ Meeting Recognizing that the General Shareholders’ Meeting is an important point of contact with our shareholders, we will be offering a live webcast of the so that as many of our shareholders as possible can view the General Shareholders’ Meeting.

Participation in this live streaming will be a hybrid virtual General Shareholders’ Meeting where you will only be able to watch General Shareholders’ Meeting. Therefore, voting rights cannot be exercised via live streaming. Shareholders who wish to participate in the live streaming are requested to exercise their voting rights in advance. Please note that you will not be able to submit motions, vote on motions, or ask questions.
Please note that you can submit your questions to the live streaming site from 9:00 a.m. on March 2nd to 5:00 p.m. on March 16th. The number of questions is limited to 2, and the number of characters per question is limited to 200 characters. In addition, although it is our policy to answer as many questions as possible at this General Shareholders’ Meeting, we ask for your understanding that we may not be able to answer all of them due to operational reasons.
