Regarding business alliance in the biopharmaceutical field with Nobel Pharma Co., Ltd.

TOYO INK SC Holdings Corporation (President and Representative Director Satoru Takashima, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and Nobelpharma K.K. (President and Representative Director Hitoshi Shiomura, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) have entered into a basic agreement to form a business alliance for manufacturing, development and overseas expansion in the biopharmaceutical field.

The global pharmaceutical market continues to grow, centered on the development of biopharmaceuticals, and new medical treatments such as cell medicine and regenerative medicine are also being provided. In order to expand the medical market, we will continue to collaborate in manufacturing, development, and overseas expansion in the biopharmaceutical field, with a view to forming capital alliances in the future.
