TOYOCHEM exhibits at “International Poultry and Pig Exhibition 2022”

~ Introducing a feed example using “Kumasasa Extract” that achieved an improvement in feed conversion ratio of “0.16” ~

TOYOCHEM CO., LTD. (President and Representative Director Toshinori Machida, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will hold the "International Poultry and Pig Farming" event to be held at Port Messe Nagoya (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) from Wednesday, April 27th to Friday, April 29th, 2022. We will exhibit at "Comprehensive Exhibition 2022".
The International Poultry and Pig Farming Exhibition is the only specialized exhibition in Japan that specializes in poultry and pig farming, aiming to build a supply system for the "safe, secure, fresh, and high-quality food" that consumers demand, and to further improve added value.
TOYOCHEM will be introducing ``Kumazasa Extract (Kumazasa related product)'' to livestock farmers at the ``International Poultry and Pig Exhibition 2022'', which is expected to improve feed conversion ratio. It has been confirmed that by adjusting the intestinal environment of livestock animals such as pigs and cows with "Kumasasa Extract", nutrients are absorbed efficiently and they grow healthily. We propose ways to reduce feed costs, which is an eternal challenge for livestock farmers.

Main exhibit products	Kuma Bamboo Related Products LIOHERBAL™ It is a safe and secure bear bamboo extract that can be used for both food and cosmetics produced at our own factory (Chitose City, Hokkaido) using only kuma bamboo, a raw material from Hokkaido. Veteran pig farmers in Aichi Prefecture are feeding them Hokkaido bear bamboo extract, which is rich in oligosaccharides and polyphenols, which feed good bacteria in the intestines, which leads to a significant reduction in feed costs. Kumasasa Related Products Lionature™ "Lionature", which considers the beauty and health of people, is our brand based on foods and cosmetics using bear bamboo extract. We have developed a product lineup that uses our unique manufacturing method to extract the featured components (oligosaccharides and polyphenols) of Sasa leaves, which are said to be difficult to extract in general, to a high concentration, and ensures sufficient safety for food and cosmetic applications. At the exhibition, we plan to exhibit Sasa Hiwa (soap).
