Regarding price revision of processed pigments

TOYOCOLOR CO., LTD. (President and Representative Director Okaichi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) has decided to revise the prices of processed pigments products starting from July 1, 2022.

Although we announced and implemented price revisions in 2021, the prices of chemicals, including pigments, which are the main raw materials, have continued to soar due to rising crude oil and naphtha prices and tight supply. In addition, logistics costs, utility costs, and prices of secondary materials continue to rise, with no sign of an end to the situation.
Under these circumstances, the entire company is making concerted efforts to maintain and improve stable quality and supply. However, we have come to the conclusion that the rise in costs is far beyond what we can absorb through our own efforts, and have decided to implement the price revisions as described below.
