Toyo Ink Group to exhibit at CEATEC 2022

Toyo Ink Group will exhibit at CEATEC 2022 to be held at Makuhari Messe (2-1 Nakase, Mihama-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture) on October 18 (Tue) ~ 21 (Fri), 2022.

CEATEC 2022 is a comprehensive exhibition of Society 5.0 that covers all types of industries and industries. Everything from the electronic components and devices that will support the future society of Society 5.0 to the products and services that utilize them will be brought together in one place.
This time, Toyo Ink Group is a high-resolution sensing device Fichvita™In addition to a hands-on demonstration, we will exhibit a group of high-performance materials such as printed sensor electrode materials, conductive wiring materials that are ideal for molding processing, and high refractive index materials that are indispensable for optical communication and optical sensing.

Dates October 18th (Tuesday) - 21st (Friday) 10:00 - 17:00, 2022
Venue Makuhari Messe (2-1 Nakase, Mihama-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture)
booth number Hall 5
Organized by Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA)
Main exhibit products
  • High-Resolution Sensing Devices & Solutions Fichvita™
Fichvita™ (Fitch Vita) is a sensing interface that watches over our lives while blending in with our living environment. At the CEATEC2022, you can experience various expressions using panel-type floor sensors and seat-type sensors that are also used in medical and nursing care beds.
  • Printed sensor electrode material
We propose a printed sensor electrode using conductive wiring material. We provide safety and security in medical, food, structure management, etc. through sensing, including the example of the packaging tamper detection sensor on display.
  • High refractive index materials for optical communication and optical sensing devices
We have developed a new material that exhibits high transparency and high refractive index for near-infrared rays used in optical communications and optical sensing.
  • Conductive wiring material that can be molded
A conductive wiring material that follows deformation during three-dimensional molding. A simple process makes it possible to manufacture circuit-integrated plastic molded products that are lightweight and have excellent design.
  • Stretchable conductive material that resists repeated deformation
We have developed a conductive wiring material that can be printed on stretchable materials. Due to its excellent expansion and contraction durability, it can be used for wearable sensors, etc.
  • 3D adhesive sheet ideal for around electronic components
A functional adhesive sheet for mounting boards for wearable devices and power semiconductor modules. It is possible to add functions such as insulation, conductivity, and heat dissipation.
  • Mobility structural adhesives
A highly durable, strong adhesive, and flexible adhesives that can be used to bond and seal in-vehicle electronic devices. It is possible to reduce the weight of the vehicle body by reducing the amount of bolts used.
  • Heat-resistant flexible adhesives used around heat sources such as car batteries and LEDs
A group adhesives that use a polymer with a special structure to exhibit moisture and heat resistance, elasticity, and transparency. Ideal for adhering fuel cell components and sealing semiconductors and LED displays.
