TOYOCHEM exhibits heat countermeasure materials at PCIM Europe

~Proposing high thermal conductivity bonding materials to the European and American EV markets~

TOYOCHEM CO., LTD. (President and Representative Director Toshinori Machida, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will be holding the “Power Conversion and At ``Intelligent Motion (PCIM) Europe 2023'', we will be exhibiting heat countermeasure materials for in-vehicle devices.

PCIM Europe 2023 is an international trade fair dedicated to power electronics and its applications. Covering the power electronics value chain, the trade fair brings together industry key players, latest technologies, industry trends and information from around the world.
TOYOCHEM will propose a sintered silver nanobonding material using its unique particle design technology and dispersion technology for automotive power devices, where demand will continue to increase in the future. This developed product has high thermal conductivity, making it effective as a heat countermeasure, and is currently being evaluated for use in domestic automobile-related applications and heat dissipation materials for LED light sources. Through this overseas exhibition, we will accelerate our proposals to the European and American markets, where the shift to electric vehicles is progressing.
