Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Satoru Takashima; Chuo-ku, Tokyo) and all member companies in the Toyo Ink Group will implement the following organizational and personnel changes as of January 1, 2024:
* Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. will change its name to artience Co., Ltd. on January 1, 2024.

"Legal Department" will be merged into the "General Affairs Department”.
"Intellectual Property Department, R&D Div." will be upgraded to the "Intellectual Property Department".
“Institute of Core Technology, R&D Div." and "Institute of Frontier Research, R&D Div." will be merged into "Institute of advanced technology, R&D division”.
