Regarding price revision of processed pigments

TOYOCOLOR CO., LTD. (President and Representative Director Okaichi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) has decided to revise the prices of processed pigments products starting from January 1, 2024.

We have announced and implemented price revisions for our processed pigments products in 2022, but the prices of some raw materials have continued to soar since last year. Although we have been trying to absorb costs through self-help efforts, the continued rise in prices is putting more pressure on our business profitability than expected. We have come to the conclusion that price revisions are necessary to ensure stable product supply and business continuity in the future, and have decided to implement the price revisions as described below.
