Fostering sensitive intrapreneurs who gather friends with "empathy" and create value through "empathy" In recent manufacturing, attention has been focused on "sensitivity value" that is not limited to functionality and convenience. In this course, we consider this "sensory value" as "fulfillment of the mind" that is not limited to emotions that are directly evoked by stimulation of the five senses, and aim to develop new businesses through manufacturing and services to realize it. Participants will learn and practice how to launch a new business within their organization while utilizing the assets of each company, as well as human resources from artience group companies with diverse materials and peripheral technologies, as well as human resources from venture companies that have launched businesses that resonate with their sensibilities. |
