What is TOYO INK oil-based gravure laminate package profile?
"TOYO INK OIL-BASED GRAVURE LAMINATE PACKAGE PROFILE" IS A DEVICE PROFILE FOR STANDARD GRAVURE PRINTING USING TOYO INK'S OIL-BASED GRAVURE INKS AND COMPLIES WITH THE ICC PROFILE STANDARD.
The reproduction color uses TOYO INK CO., LTD. oil-based gravure laminate package ink "LIOALPHA™ S". The reproduction color of gravure printing for laminated packages, which we consider to be the standard, is defined by actual machine printing.

How to use and precautions
- Copy the profile file to the appropriate folder on your PC/Macintosh.
- To convert RGB images to CMYK, select "TOYO SB Gravure LP V1.1.icc" and convert.
- In order to achieve accurate color reproduction, standardization in the prepress/pressing process and CMS (Color Management System) are essential.
We recommend AdobeRGB as the color space when shooting with a digital camera or creating RGB data.
We recommend calibrating your monitor and color printer during the design and prepress processes. - If the printing conditions when we created this profile differ from the printing conditions when you use it, optimal color reproduction may not be possible.
- The colors of the computer video simulation reproduced using this profile or the colors output by a color printer do not necessarily match the colors of gravure printing on the actual laminate package.
