By preventing water absorption while maintaining the texture of mortar and concrete, it prevents deterioration and staining and maintains its texture for a long time.
It is water-based based, non-hazardous material that is easy to handle and has a proven track record in a wide range of painting methods, including roller and spray.
We have also obtained F☆☆☆☆ (Japan Architectural Finishing Materials Industry Association) certification.

1. Appearance retention: There is no change in appearance after application, and the beauty of the material itself is maintained.
2. High moisture permeability: The material itself maintains its high moisture permeability.
3. Durability: It can be expected to reduce cracking and efflorescence caused by alkaline aggregate reactions, and prevent rust and salt damage to reinforcing steel aggregates caused by water intrusion.
4. Safety: Being water-based based, it is extremely safe, easy to store and work with, and provides an excellent work environment.

If the material is porous and alkaline, it can be used as it can be expected to have a water absorption prevention effect. However, the effect will vary depending on the material, so please try it beforehand.

TIGHTSILANE Z is a standard type with 30% active ingredient.
TIGHTSILANE Super Z is a product that contains twice the amount of active ingredients as TIGHTSILANE Z above. Deeply impregnates even high-density materials.
TIGHTSILANE 30 water repellent type is a product that has water-based added to the standard TIGHTSILANE Z. In addition to its water absorption prevention effect, it also exhibits a water repellent effect immediately after application.
