LIOTONE ™ Series FD721 LIOTONE M

FD721 LIOTONE M is a UV-curable screen ink that provides a unique matte feel. The unique texture and three-dimensional effect give new design and design to printed matter. (The principle and appearance are different from FD237 LIOTONE with liquidity control technology)

Standard UV conditions
  • 120W/cm×10m/min (one metal halide lamp)
mesh used
  • 200-300 mesh is recommended. If the mesh is too fine, the beads will become clogged, and if the mesh is too coarse, they will sink into the film and not be as effective, so please check carefully before use.
Adjusting the effect
  • There is generally no need for adjustment, but to obtain a sufficient matte effect, stir well before printing to prevent beads from settling.
against metal
  • For printing on metal, please use TOYOCHEM Co., Ltd.'s metal size paint S25FD.
About cleaning
  • Please use the SS plate cleaner ECO series.
