  • After evaporation and drying, the reaction progresses over time and after one day of storage at room temperature, it exhibits excellent performance in terms of impact resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, gloss, etc.
  • It firmly adheres to a wide range of plastic substrates, and has excellent resistance to cracking and scratching of ruled lines when creasing.
    It also has UV offset ink suitability (adhesion).

Auxiliary agents, additives, cleaning solvents, etc. SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
How to use ink & precautions
  • Mixing conditions
    Immediately before printing, mix SS UR150B additive at a ratio of 5% to 100% ink, adjust the viscosity to the appropriate level with a diluting solvent, and print.
  • Pot life (usable time)
    It depends on the temperature after mixing the hardening agent, but it takes about 6 to 8 hours at room temperature (25℃) in a closed state. Please check the usage amount during the available usage time and adjust only the amount as necessary.
    SS UR150B additives react with moisture in the air, so store them tightly closed immediately after use.
