Overview of available positions

sales

Conduct meetings with clients and provide instructions to the manufacturing department.
All cylinder plates are made to order, so we propose colors, gradations, delicate characters and lines that match the needs of the printing company and manufacturer, and work with the image department to make adjustments such as color proofing, so that the client can receive the best results. We will support you in creating a cylinder version that you are satisfied with.

Image processing

We use various specialized software to perform DTP work for new designs requested by clients. We perform photo color tone correction, data processing, etc., and create prepress image data to achieve the optimal finish when printing. This is an important process before producing the cylinder version.

inspection

Inspection image

This is the final inspection of cylinder plates before product shipment.
This is a detailed process in which the accuracy of custom-made cylinder plates is inspected using a laser microscope.

manufacturing

This is work on the production line that creates cylinder plates.
We set up cylinder plates in the manufacturing equipment in each process of the production line, operate the machines, and inspect proof plates. A crane is used to set up the cylinder version. (There are various cylinder versions ranging from 20kg to 200kg.)
Some departments have a shift work system.

technology

As quality control and production technology staff, we are comprehensively involved in everything from quality control of industrial high-definition cylinder plates to optimization of manufacturing processes.
We also conduct research and development to support new applications.

Application Requirements

Recruitment of new graduates

Job Titles: Sales, Image Processing, Inspection, Manufacturing, Technology
Salary at the time of new graduates: 233,900 yen for university graduates, 219,400 yen for technical colleges, vocational colleges, and junior college graduates

Experienced Recruitment

Job opening: Sales, image processing, manufacturing operator, accounting, general affairs and human resources
Salary: 220,000~310,000 yen
* Decisions made based on our regulations after considering experience and ability

Recruitment of new graduates and experienced people (common)

Salary increase: once a year
Allowances: Family allowance, overtime allowance, shift work allowance, shift work surcharge (regulations, manufacturing department)
Bonus: Twice a year
Closed: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), holidays
Annual holidays: 120 days or more
