Apology and notice regarding system failure

TOYO INK SC Holdings (President and Representative Director Satoru Takashima, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) experienced a system equipment failure on February 18 (Saturday), and various operations throughout our group are still being disrupted. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and trouble this may cause to our customers.

Occurrence event
On Saturday, February 18th, a problem occurred with the server equipment used in our online system. As of February 22nd, we are still continuing work towards restoration. We have confirmed that this was not caused by a cyber attack.
Impact on customers
This failure has affected the sales management system and production management system, disrupting ordering operations and some production operations.

We will make an announcement once there is progress in the restoration work and investigation into the cause.
