Features① High tack

This product has a high tack and is designed to be soft as pressure sensitive adhesives, so
​It can firmly adhere to uneven surfaces such as walls, as well as fabrics.

Furthermore, unlike conventional high tack products, it has achieved high workability.

• Coating amount: 75g/㎡, Base material: PET50 μm, Curing: 1 week at room temperature
• Measurement conditions: Bonded at room temperature: 23℃-50% environment, measured after 24 hours
• PT: partial transfer

Feature ② Low temperature suitability

Conventional pressure sensitive adhesives can become hard in low-temperature environments, resulting in poor pressure sensitive adhesives.
BPS 6617 OP can exhibit strong adhesion even in low temperature environments.
​It maintains its adhesive strength even in environments exposed to low temperatures for long periods of time, such as refrigerators and freezers, and has a track record of pasting onto surfaces with water droplets.

• Coating amount: 25g/㎡, Base material: PET50 μm, Curing: 1 week at room temperature
• Measurement conditions (normal temperature): Bonded under 23℃-50% environment, measured after 24 hours
• Measurement conditions (0℃): Bonded under 0℃ environment, measured 24 hours later

Feature ③ Environmentally friendly

BPS 6617 OP is a low VOC product with a toluene-free design.
In addition, since it is a high solids product with a solid content of 56.5%, it is possible to reduce the amount of solvent and drying energy.
This leads to CO ₂ reduction.
