LIOTONE ™ Series FD237 LIOTONE

FD237 LIOTONE is a UV printing system that replaces the traditional etching method and allows you to easily obtain special uneven patterns that look like etching by screen printing only. The unique texture and three-dimensional effect give new design and design to printed matter. In addition, since there is no need for a complicated etching process, it improves productivity and realizes environmental measures such as no waste liquid treatment.

How to use ink & precautions

Standard UV conditions
  • 120W/cm×10m/min (one metal halide lamp)
mesh used
  • Select as appropriate depending on the etching effect
  • High mesh (250 to 350 mesh, etc.) will give you a fine pattern, and low mesh (50 to 200 mesh, etc.) will give you a coarse pattern.
Adjusting the effect
  • The FD237 LIOTONE (LV) and FD237HVW LIOTONE mixing ratio allows the etching effect to be adjusted.
  • If you want to emphasize the etching effect or emphasize the whiteness of the printed surface FD237HVW LIOTONE add more to reduce the fluidity.

  • For printing on metal, please use our metal size paint S25FD.
About cleaning
  • Please use the SS plate cleaner ECO series.
