LIOCREATE® ™ SS25 Series SS 25-000 Series

A two-component reactive screen ink that has excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials. The cured film has excellent flexibility, impact resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, gloss, etc.

Auxiliary agents, additives, cleaning solvents, etc. SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
How to use ink & precautions
  • Color ink formulation
    ・Ink: 80%
    ・SS EH compound 1K: 20%
  • Medium ink formulation
    ・Medium: 70%
    ・SS EH compound 1K: 30%
    ・Additive 500: 1%
Mix and stir well at the above ratio immediately before use.
If there is too much or too little SS EH Compound 1K, curing will be incomplete and good resistance will not be obtained, so please measure accurately.
The usable time (pot life) varies depending on the temperature after mixing the curing agent, but it is approximately 6 to 8 hours at room temperature (25°C) in a closed state.
Please check the usage amount within the usable time and prepare only the required amount.
  • Be sure to degrease glass substrates before printing.
    Also, considering water-based, use 3% SS 25 water resistance additive and dry at 120℃ for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • When overprinting, please make sure the base color is semi-hardened.
    Once the base is completely cured, it will not adhere.
  • Please do not use tint colors made with 152 Beni as they will discolor if dried at high temperatures (130℃ x 5 minutes).
  • The ink, SS EH Compound 1K, and Additive 500 will gradually solidify if there is air circulation, so please store them tightly closed immediately after use.
  • When printing on polyethylene or polypropylene containers that have been subjected to frame treatment, excessive frame treatment (which increases the surface tension of the base material) may lead to a decrease in water-resistant adhesion, so check the frame treatment conditions in advance. please do it.
