LIOCREATE ™ SS8 SERIES SS 8 PREMIUM WHITE

This ink is an ultra-high concentration white ink from the SS8 series that is ideal for PVC, acrylic, polycarbonate base materials, etc. By developing pigments technology and dispersion technology, we have achieved significantly superior hiding power and whiteness compared to conventional SS8 (SS8 611 Shiro, SS8 Conch 611 Shiro, SS8 HC 611 Shiro).

Auxiliary agents, additives, cleaning solvents, etc. SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
How to use ink & precautions
  • Cracks may occur with polycarbonate, PS, and ABS molded products, so please use S805 solvent together.
  • Printing on soft PVC film is also possible, but please add 5% SS8-860 compound to prevent blocking due to plasticizer bleed.
  • When using PVC bottles that require abrasion resistance, add 1% of TT8SS abrasion resistant reinforcing agent.
  • To improve the reproducibility of fine lines and letters, add 10 to 20% of SS8 Osokuchi compound.
