LIOCREATE ™ SS8 Series SS 8-000 Series

This is an evaporative drying screen ink that has excellent adhesion to various films such as PVC, acrylic, and polycarbonate, as well as physical properties such as solvent resistance and film strength.

Auxiliary agents, additives, cleaning solvents, etc. SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
How to use ink & precautions
  • Cracks may occur with polycarbonate, PS, and ABS molded products, so please use S805 solvent together.
  • Printing on soft PVC film is also possible, but please add 5% SS8-860 compound to prevent blocking due to plasticizer bleed. Also, please do not use 057 Peony, 121 Red, and 221 Yellow as they will migrate.
  • When using PVC bottles that require abrasion resistance, add 1% of TT8SS abrasion resistant reinforcing agent.
  • To improve the reproducibility of fine lines and fine letters, add 10 to 20% of SS8 Osokuchi compound.
  • If particularly high-transparency printing is required, choose hues with good transparency (418 red, 421 yellow, 439 indigo, 479 grass).
