Functional ink series TT118 SS process varnish

A heat sealing agent for laminating a wide range of films such as PET and PVC. Especially suitable for bonding PET base materials. It has a lower Tg than TT198.

Auxiliary agents, additives, cleaning solvents, etc. SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
Printing conditions Since the resin of the varnish tends to have poor solvent removal, please use a high mesh version (300 mesh version) to make the coating film as thin as possible, and dilute "S718 solvent" by about 50% with a low viscosity ( Dry film thickness: 1~2μm).

Contains 5% of "UR240B Varnish" curing agent and use it in a two-component specification.
The pot life (usable time) after the curing agent is blended is about 8 hours at 25°C.
2) The resin of the varnish tends to be inferior to solvent release, so the coating film should be as thin as possible.
In the high-mesh version (300-mesh version), "S718 solvent" is diluted by about 50% and has a low viscosity.
(Dry film thickness: 1~2μm).
3) Residual solvents will affect the blocking and doubling process, so please dry thoroughly.
