Printing conditions | Since the resin of the varnish tends to have poor solvent removal, please use a high mesh version (300 mesh version) to make the coating film as thin as possible, and dilute "S718 solvent" by about 50% with a low viscosity ( Dry film thickness: 1~2μm). |
How to use ink & precautions | Structure (example) Hard PVC (White) / TT118SS Process Varnish / UV Offset Printing / TT118SS Process Varnish / PVC Film (Transparent) 1) If the adhesion with the magnetic tape layer or UV offset printing is poor, Contains 5% of "UR240B Varnish" curing agent and use it in a two-component specification. The pot life (usable time) after the curing agent is blended is about 8 hours at 25°C. 2) The resin of the varnish tends to be inferior to solvent release, so the coating film should be as thin as possible. In the high-mesh version (300-mesh version), "S718 solvent" is diluted by about 50% and has a low viscosity. (Dry film thickness: 1~2μm). 3) Residual solvents will affect the blocking and doubling process, so please dry thoroughly. |
