TT340SS SeriesTT340 SS Series

This product is an ink newly designed using the same resin as the two-component reactive screen ink "SS15-000" series has been discontinued. Ideal for printing on various treated plastics (polyethylene, polypropylene) and golf balls. The usage method is the same as the conventional "SS15-000" series.

Auxiliary agents, additives, cleaning solvents, etc. SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
How to use ink & precautions
  • Blending method
    Since this is a two-component reaction type, please mix and stir at the following mixing ratio immediately before use.
    TT340SS ink 70 parts by weight
    SSEAT Compound 1K 30 parts by weight
    Furthermore, adjust the viscosity to be suitable for printing using "S679 solvent".
    *Pot life after blending is 5 to 6 hours.
Other product data This product is a flammable and dangerous substance (Fire Service Act Class 4, Class 2 Petroleum), so please be careful of fire.
