Raising varnish series TU785 FDSS Champagne Gold

TU785 FDSS Champagne Gold is a UV-curable screen ink that gives printed matter a sparkling metallic feel. The use of special flakes allows you to obtain a different appearance than ordinary aluminum paste.

setting color We have a lineup of two types with different flake concentrations. Use A when emphasis is placed on transparency, and B when emphasis is placed on concealment and brightness.

  • Viscosity modifier: FDSS320 reducer (please add within 5%)
  • Antifoaming agent: Additive 580 (please add within 1%)
  • SS Plate Cleaner ECO Series...A plate cleaning agent for screen printing that does not fall under organic regulations or the PRTR law. SD is the standard type, and QD is even faster drying.
Printing conditions
  • Mesh: 120
  • Emulsion thickness: 80μ
  • Curing property: 10m/min (120W/cm, 1 metal halide lamp)
